Yes. Water and sewer, electricity, trash and pest control are included in your rent. Internet is not included — you set it up with the provider of your choice.

Yes — $50 for one applicant or $75 for a couple, non‑refundable. Applying online, you can choose Pay Later: the card is charged only after your documents are received and reviewed.

For each adult: a valid photo ID (any country, not expired), a Social Security card, proof of income (pay stubs for a full month or 3 months of bank statements) and the first page of your current or most recent lease.

They are two buildings of one community with the same floor plans — the same sizes, prices and finishes. The leasing office is in Parkaire, at 300 S. Jupiter Rd, and tours of both buildings start there.

Up to 3 people in a 1‑bedroom apartment and up to 5 in a 2‑bedroom.

Yes — up to 2 pets per home, 35 lbs or less each. The pet fee is $300 per pet (one time) and pet rent is $15 per pet per month. Restricted breeds: Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Chow Chow, Akita, Alaskan Malamute, Siberian Husky, Wolf hybrids, Presa Canario, Cane Corso, mixes of these breeds, dogs with aggression history.

Yes — one parking space per bedroom in the on-site lot; extra spaces are $20 a month, subject to availability.

Yes — there is an on-site laundry facility.

Yes — there is an outdoor swimming pool for residents, right next to the leasing office at Parkaire.

No. The apartments are not furnished.
